Polkomtel, one of Poland's biggest telecoms, and one of our biggest clients, asked us to provide on-going, mass digital production and tailor-made products in a rapidly-changing environment.

We first set up a dedicated production team who were fully integrated into the client’s processes and tools. We automated the production process where possible and worked with the client to improve other processes and tools to be more efficient where automation was not possible.
